Documenting your birth journey, I capture active labor, the profound moments of delivery, and the first interactions between you and your newborn. As a trained doula, I ensure your comfort and privacy throughout this sacred experience.
Having images to look back on that moment you meet the love of your life is a treasure that cannot be recreated. I photograph both home and hospital births and regardless of your location, my aim is to authentically tell your story. From the powerful sensations of labor to the first cries of life, every detail is captured with love and expertise. These intimate images are yours to keep private or share with the world. I never share images without your explicit permission.

On call 24 hours a day from week 38 through the birth of your child.
Photo documentation of your birth story from when you are ready for me after active labor begins, capturing labor, delivery, and up to 2 hours after the birth.

A viewing session may be scheduled to deliver your birth story photos in person and help you process your experience as we look through them together.

Newborn Sessions
Newborn Sessions
Slow, unhurried, and completely baby-led. These sessions capture the freshness of new life and the nuances of your newborn and your newly expanded family. We schedule after baby arrives, anytime in the first six weeks or later if you prefer. Most sessions happen at home, giving us all the time we need for feedings, cuddles, changes and everything else those early weeks bring. Parents and siblings are warmly welcome.

The ordinary moments are the ones you'll miss most. My family sessions are relaxed and real, focused on capturing the beauty and authenticity of your ongoing story right now, exactly as it is. A last feeding with your baby, a motherhood session just playing with your children, generational shoots capturing the wisest grandparents to the littlest of grandbabies, or just a Tuesday afternoon at the river. And yes, mom gets to be in the pictures too, which is something rare and long overdue.
